Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted without an order number. No exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges of any merchandise at our sole discretion.
Please send an email to Hello@soapsdaily.com with REFUND REQUESTED in the subject line or message, notifying of your returned item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Once we verify and approve of the items in your return we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 7 business days upon receiving the return item. The refund will be issued 3 days after the return has been accepted, directly to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and in the same currency. We estimate you will see the credit in your account approximately 1 week from when we process your refund; this will depend however on the time required for banking procedures. You will receive an email confirming the credit has been successfully issued and the total refunded sum, which will correspond to the full price of the items returned. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items and samples cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged either by us or our delivery partners. All delivery charges will be paid by us.
If you need to exchange it for a different item for personal reasons, pls send us a picture of the item to Hello@soapsdaily.com and we will only do the exchange if the item is in its original condition with the proof of purchase provided. All delivery charges will be paid by the customer and has to be paid before we deliver.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to Hello@soapsdaily.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all refunds and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your return/exchange item.

So if you change your mind, fret not! You may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item (subject to Return Eligibility below), no questions asked.
Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment, and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from you!

Change of Mind
If you’d like to change your order before it is shipped out to you, we’ll gladly process it with no additional costs to you. Email us at Hello@soapsdaily.com and we will get in touch with you. We won't be able to cancel the order once it has been shipped out.
